Founded with a mission to bring precision and professionalism to the ducting and fabrication industry, we began as a small-scale unit and evolved into a full-service MEP solutions partner executing projects across India and internationally.
Over the years, our commitment to client satisfaction, investment in technology, and adherence to global standards have helped us deliver complex and high-performance installations. Our in-house team of engineers and project managers ensures timely completion, safety, and quality assurance at every step.
Our breakthrough came with our successful execution of commercial HVAC and ducting projects for large pharmaceutical and cleanroom clients — a domain that demands extreme precision, air control, and regulatory compliance. That marked our shift from being a regional contractor to a national and global partner in engineering solutions.
In 2015, we made a significant leap by incorporating CNC machinery into our fabrication line, boosting not only productivity but also dimensional accuracy and finish. This positioned us as one of the few contractors in Western India with in-house automated ducting capabilities.
By 2018, we diversified into international project support by deputing engineers for supervision, execution, and on-site workforce training — a value-added service that clients found deeply beneficial for maintaining quality standards overseas.
We take pride in our achievement of being awarded by Blue Star India Ltd. for safe execution practices in their Novotel Hotel project in Pune — a testament to our unwavering focus on safety and compliance.
Even during challenging times such as the global pandemic, our team stood resilient — fulfilling critical infrastructure assignments in hospitals and pharma units, with zero compromise on timelines or safety.

Our long-term vision is to continuously innovate in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) systems, and expand our presence across sectors like data centers, cleanrooms, green buildings, and modular infrastructure.
Founder Member
The professional journey of our founder began in 1989, building a strong foundation in the HVAC and engineering sector. With over 26 years of corporate experience, he has held key roles in services, sales, marketing, projects, and manufacturing across renowned organizations such as IFB, Whirlpool, LG, Carrier, and PAL Systems. His deep industry insights, leadership qualities, and technical expertise shaped his vision for customer-focused, quality-driven solutions. In 2012, this vision took form with the establishment of RR Engineers & Contractors, a company dedicated to delivering end-to-end ducting, ventilation, and HVAC solutions. Today, under his guidance as Founder and General Manager, RR Engineers is known for its precision, reliability, commitment to engineering excellence. My personal hobby is playing Volleyball.
